intoleran ‘once a day’ capsules contain a combination of 6 specially selected lactic acid ferments and lactase precursors to maintain optimal digestions of lactose and nutrient uptake.

Due to the fact that only one capsule needs to be taken per day, this product is a very convenient solution. It is especially helpful whilst on holiday, but also suitable for daily and long-term use. This product is also ideal for children, from the age of 4 years old.

As the name suggests, this product can be taken once a day at a set time. The best way to take this is with water, however if you have difficulty swallowing, the contents of the capsule can be dissolved in a glass of water. The capsules are suitable for children aged from 4 years onwards. Due to the fact that the lactase precursors need some time to build up and take effect, the once a day capsules have an optimal effect from between 5 and 14 days after the first use and need to be taken every day.

Take one capsule per day. Use for at least five days before expecting an effect. Do not exceed the daily dosage.

If you use the once-a-day product you can, in theory, properly digest all the lactose you ingest in a day. In some cases, for example if you are very sensitive to lactose, it may be necessary to take a lactase capsule or tablet to digest large amounts of lactose. However, for most people this is not necessary and the once-a-day is sufficient to properly digest all lactose during the day.

The "once a day" needs some build up of time to have the full effect when used for the first time. This is because the probiotics need some time to build up in the intestines. This takes about 5-14 days after the first use for most people. The effect of the once a day will continue as long as you take a capsule daily.

Feel free to use the "once a day" capsules for a long time, as this does not result in any disadvantages or side effects. Many of our customers have been using this product for years with positive results. You can also choose to use this product temporarily, for example during a holiday. If this is the case, please take into account the build-up period of 5-14 days after the first use.
